The Aspen Ridge Homeowner Association fiscal year begins October 1st and ends September 30th. The Master/Phase I & II Board and Phase III Board provide financial updates at the Annual Meetings and set the next fiscal year's annual HOA dues accordingly. Annual dues notifications are mailed to owners in October and payment is due December 1st. Please contact any HOA Board Member for questions about our financial status, annual dues, or to request a balance sheet.
