As new improvements are planned in Aspen Ridge, the design review process focuses on keeping the natural beauty and quality of Aspen Ridge intact and maintaining the overall character of the community. Review focus areas are compatibility with existing site features and neighboring homes. Dark sky ordinance is important to avoid light trespass, and Firewise planning reduces risk of wildfire. Attention to design is key to protecting the value of our association.
All improvements to property in Aspen Ridge HOA need to be submitted for Design Review. Please review the steps based on the Phase your property is in.
